Only one exchange is permitted.
To get exchange, the wig must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original condition with tags attached.
Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order via email at payments@allactionwigs.com
For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of $15.00 per wig or 15% of purchase amount (whichever is greater) and shipping charge
of $5.95 will be charged.
Shipping and handling fee won't be refunded. You have to pay for the return of the merchandise. Collect shipments
will be refused.
Upon receipt, all refunds and exchanges will be processed according to our policy.
